Prize Wheel
Not every prize wheel earns a spot at Crown Sydney. This one did. Built in partnership with Created by Clint, it was designed to be long lasting, high quality, and ready to be brought out event after event. Standing 1.5m high with a 500mm wheel, it was always meant to be a centrepiece.

The wheel and body are built from 2PAC painted MDF, with the face wrapped in a layer of gold mirror acrylic that catches the light and the energy of the room. The pegs are metal, and the flapper is custom 3D printed and colour matched to the piece, so every detail feels intentional rather than off the shelf.
The base is also 2PAC painted MDF, with integrated steel weights hidden inside for a seamless finish that stays planted and stable through a busy event. RGB LED strips run around the outside, connected to a controller for custom colour and effects to suit any occasion.
There's also a lot of engineering you don't see. The spinning mechanism started as an off the shelf bearing that we modified specifically for this wheel, because a prize wheel lives and dies on its spin. It needs to turn smoothly, settle fairly and feel satisfying every single time. The lighting can be programmed to activate on spin, and the sound comes naturally from the flapper, which we tuned so every click lands just right.
This is what we love doing at Eizi. Combining materials and technologies that most fabricators keep in separate lanes, 3D printing, custom lighting, precision finishing and clever engineering, all in one piece, built to a standard that holds up in some of Sydney's most prestigious spaces.
